Why choose Passport A2?

- Study 100% online: Live classes, personalized support, and an official CCFS certificate.
- Continue your studies: Direct access to CCFS B1.1 level to pursue your academic journey.
Who is this program for?
This program is designed for adults planning to live or study in France and aiming to achieve the A2 level of French — the minimum level required for a long-stay visa or residence permit renewal.
Students must hold a secondary school diploma and have a false beginner level in French, ranging from A0(50) to A1(25). This level will be confirmed through an eLAO placement test at registration.
Course objectives
- Acquire new linguistic foundations (grammar – vocabulary – conjugation) to express oneself both orally and in writing.
- Strengthen skills through comprehensive practice of the five competences: speaking, listening, reading, writing, and interaction.
- Improve oral and written comprehension and gain fluency in spoken French.
Learning goals
In just 12 weeks, this program enables students to progress from A1 to solid A2-level proficiency according to the CEFR. It follows a structured communicative, grammatical, and lexical progression for fast and effective learning.
Students will learn to:
- Communicate in everyday life: introduce themselves, ask for information, handle simple administrative tasks.
- Understand and produce short texts: read ads, write messages, and describe simple situations.
- Interact socially: take part in basic conversations, give and follow directions.
- Narrate and describe: talk about past experiences, plans, and describe surroundings.
- Express opinions: share simple views about preferences, choices, or study projects.
Program structure (130 hours total)
- 108h of live online classes (3 sessions of 3 hours per week, over 12 weeks)
– Monday & Tuesday: 4:00–7:00 p.m.
– Friday: 4:30–7:30 p.m. - 16h of self-study online module (CL4), spread over 8 weeks.
