This training is for embassy workers and their families, that already have an Intermediate level in French (B1 level regarding to the “Cadre européen commun de référence pour les langues”) or a higher level. However, a course of Elementary level (A2 of the CECRL) might be open according to the needs.
Organization
This course takes place during 30 hours spread over 5 days including:
- Written and oral language
- Pronunciation (phonetics applied)
- Conferences and dialogue
The written and oral activities will always be related to the field of diplomacy and are aimed to communicate.
Schedule
9am-10am: Phonetics in language lab
10am-11am: Written communication
12am-2pm: Conference provided by a specialist of the subject followed by a lunch-discussion with the speaker
2pm-3pm: Oral communication
Course registration fees: €700
The advantages of this course: The limited number of participants (10 students maximum) allows the teacher to specifically meet the group's particular needs
Our advice: A certificate of internship and a certificate in French language will be given to each participant
Comments: Preliminary level test (written) followed by an interview ; 10% discount from the 4th student of the same embassy |
